"The room was labeled kitchenette but all there were were a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. If you wish to make something to eat, you will need your own utensils, plate/bowl/cup, and napkins. The fridge in the room did not work. Instead of keeping the fresh fruit cold, it froze everything. I ended up needing to throw out most of the food I brought. The staff wasn't very responsive. There's no office on site. Most communication must be done over text or call if you have cell signal. Cell signal is often spotty in this area. The only other person on site to help seems to be a cleaner who doesn't speak or understand English. The bathroom was tiny and if you're showering at night, good luck as there's no light in the tiny shower. The showerhead is also at an angle that doesn't allow me to get a proper shower. On the second day, when I returned, I found dried coffee ground all over the sink even though I did not use any of the coffee that morning. Oh my, this is concerning. I am not sure whether I would recommend this place to anyone. If you are visiting Rocky Mountain NP, stay in Estes Park."

"Check in was between 3-10pm. We arrived at 9:15 and nobody was there. Keys were left on the desk. We were left to navigate the property ourselves. Not much lighting to help us navigate. Got to our room, no trash can, no toilet paper, no hand soap, no shampoo. Went to the front desk hoping someone was there. Saw. Sign to call if issues. Called. No answer. Texted, no response. Called again and left a message. Sent another text. Half hour later received a call. Someone came down and got the things we needed. By the time I got back upstairs my kids were already in bed. Woke up the next morning to see the bed my kids slept in, the sheets were all stained. I would never stay here again and would definitely not recommend this place."

"The place was very clean and easy for up keep. Great host! Not having AC was not awful especially since we didn’t spend a ton of time inside. Feels like this would have been a better place to stay in cooler weather due to us not using all it had to offer so we would probably get a lodge or hotel next time. The price overall was steep for what we needed. Renting boat was easy and the folks who owned the place were great. However it was expensive for what you get. It takes 30-40 min to get to a a decent fishing spot so you waste a good part of your fishing boating. 4 hour rental equals 2.5-3 max, so keep that in mind. Don’t go boating on windy days either(10-20 mph) it is impossible to secure an anchor. Overall the Host was great, the property was extremely clean and the location was good. Expensive based on needs."

"The WiFi didn’t work I had to use my own hotspot from phone to connect to the t.v one of the main items you use in a hotel room - you would think they would have strong internet for the price of there room. I do not recommend this place if you are a person that requires the t.v like me and my younger children do."
