  • COURTYARD CABINS ARE BACK!! Step back in time at our charming/modern 1930s cabins. In town, just 1 1/2 blocks from the Lake and 5 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.

    Enjoy cozy interiors with fully equipped kitchens, plus outdoor patios perfect for coffee or breakfast. Gather at the gazebo for picnics or grilling. Ideal for families or groups, with 7 cabins available connected in a U shape (sleeping 2, 4, or 6 guests). Perfect for relaxing getaways or family reunions. Note: No AC available, Public street parking available.

    Events at Courtyard cabins are allowed with prior reservation, while personal parties are prohibited.

    Please be mindful of your neighbors and keep noise to the minimum, especially after 10 pm.

    If staying with pets, please pick up waste and do not allow them to stay on bed linens or damage the property. Any damage found after your stay shall result in additional fees alongside with pet deposit.

    No smoking allowed in or outside the cabins. Only registered guests are allowed on premises.

The location was easy to find. The room was clean and welcoming. Our activities keep us busy so we only there ling enough to sleep one night but seems set up well if you wanted a longer stay. Would go there again

We had a bit of trouble finding our cottage... the address was correct, however, the location was initially consusing. Once we settled in, the cottage was secluded and relaxing. Access to main street was excellent, and we took multiple relaxed breaks on the porch looking into a garden courtyard. The room was well-equiped and well planned. The shower/bath was great, and lack of air conditioning was not a problem in early August. My back was not particularly happy with the bed, however, that is not unusual, and the bicycle climbs in Rocky Mountain National Park... just a couple of miles down the road. As usual, Grand Lake was a beautiful and relaxing place, with managable visitors on its historic streets.

The baseboard heaters had a lot of wires hanging out of them-look like a fire hazard so we DID NOT USE THEM.
