Enjoy stunning views overlooking Shadow Mountain Lake from this modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom vacation rental in Grand Lake. With floor-to-ceiling windows, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms, it`s perfect for families or groups of friends. Relax at the outdoor seating area/fire pit and grill up some food while taking in the beautiful scenery.



Sunrise Cove in Grand Lake, Colorado is a beautiful and spacious vacation home that can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. It is situated in a picturesque location with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lake.



As you enter the cabin, you`ll be greeted by an open-plan living area that features a comfortable seating area with a large sofa and armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor activities. There`s also a large flat-screen TV and a fire place to cozy up next to.



The living area leads to the fully equipped kitchen that features all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Guests will also find a full set of utensils, cookware, and dinnerware, allowing them to prepare their meals comfortably.



The cabin features three bedrooms, all of which are elegantly furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds, ensuring that guests get a good night`s sleep. The first bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom.



For additional sleeping space, the cabin also has a queen-sized pullout sofa and a rollout cot in the living room, ensuring that there`s enough space for everyone.



One of the standout features of the cabin is the outdoor back patio that features an at-home bocce ball court and barbecue area. The patio is the perfect place to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains while enjoying a delicious BBQ with friends and family.



Guests will have access to the entire cabin including the two car garage.



We use a convenient self check-in process for easy access.



We are in the area if guests need anything.



The Shores of Shadow Mountain is a private community overlooking Shadow Mountain Lake. This cabin is located in Grand Lake and is a short distance to Rocky Mountain National Park.



The cabin features a two car garage fully accessible to guests during their stay. Please no parking on the streets.



Absolutely no pets. Fine up to $500.00 per pet.



No events or parties.



Must have 4x4 from November through March.

Beautiful home with lake view

This is a beautiful property conveniently located near Grand Lake town. The house's front porch has a lovely view of the lake. The house is spacious and has plenty of room for a family.

Great house!

The property has an amazing view. The house was very clean. We stayed in March and did some snow-shoeing in RMNP. We hope to come back in the summer.

Great Spot!

Overall loved our stay! Our only complaints were not being able to be out by the fire past 10 PM, lack of towels/paper towels, and seating for entire group. We rented this place so that we can waste the night away by the fire, but it had to be out by 10 PM or you get fined. There was only one kitchen towel that was burried in one of the drawers and one roll of paper towel. The house is for 8 people, but there were only 6 towels and 6 chairs at each table, so at each meal, two people had to sit off to the side and we had to share towels. Overall, we had a great time! The home was clean and beautiful. There are just a few details that were not considered for larger groups.
