3BR/2BA River& Lake front new cabin, canoes incl., 2/2 riverfront incl. canoes

  • RIVERFRONT cabin w/ view to RMNP & the lakes. Sit where the Colorado river enters Shadow Mountain Lake & since it's a Delta, facing tons of wildlife. 

    Watch the Moose, Deer, Eagles, Osprey, etc. go by. They will walk across the river right in front of you!!!

    Remember the trade off for a reserve like setting in a rural town is WIFI but not fast WIFI :) 

    Canoes, Kayaks, & Stand Up Paddle Board's incl.

    1/4 mile of private fishing, as we are "Homesteaders--we go back over 100 years--we own to the middle of river. Absolutely amazing property--maybe the most beautiful in all of Grand County.
