Cute Cartridge House

Very nice, clean, safe cottage. Perfect for a couple and a puppy dog. Convenient location, not in downtown, but easy drive to restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable!

Needed a place to stay overnight for my pup and I. This carriage house did just that and more! It is a very cute house with a wonderful little garden that allowed my pup freedom to be outside to do his business. Close to shops, restaurants, etc. Would love to come stay again!

Great location for a couple. Everything you need in the kitchen and overall a very comfortable residence. A little traffic noise, but not overwhelming. Enjoyed hearing the train pass by. Owners are fantastic, very interesting and friendly. Served us as expected for our stay.

Overall, the property itself was well put together and made us feel very at home as soon as we stepped through the door! The owners were amazing help when we had a light power outage crisis and were the absolute sweetest and easiest to get along with. We had all the necessities we needed and we were so sad when we had to leave. We definitely cannot wait to go back!

Carried Away by the Carriage House

The property was even better than it looked in the pictures. The wood work inside was beautiful and the place was spotless. The yard was much better than it appeared in the pictures and there is a table in the grassy area to sit and eat or enjoy coffee.

Great home away from home

The carriage house had everything we needed for a weekend in Grand Junction. The property was easily accessible, clean and private. The hosts live right nextdoor and were very responsive. They even provided essentials we didn't expect in the kitchen and bathroom. Just a short drive into the heart of Grand Junction or Palisade!

The carriage house was just as nice as the photos looked. Everything was clean and tidy. The location was nice as well. Right off of the highway with easy access to grocery, food, fuel, etc. I would definitely recommend this rental to all small parties.

The owners have taken pride in furnishing the Carriage House to create a very spacious and welcoming environment. The provided amenities are exceptional and have been thoughtfully selected to please varying needs. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to comfortably relax while attending the Palisade Peach Festival on some very warm days.

The carriage house was so comfortable! Not only did it have everything you could need, there were lots of extra touches like local wine and coffee pods. And real plants! The yard is amazing. Filled with vines and peach trees, it’s the perfect little spot to sit outside. Very dog friendly as well. The location is perfect for golf or wineries and the hosts were very quick to answer any questions. We will be recommending it to friends and are already talking of a return!
