Amazing house in Grand Junction

We stayed a few days in this lively house in GJ. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city, vineyards, hiking etc. the house has everything you need with plenty of great beds, eating areas and just a nice place to hang out. The kitchen is well-equipped, clean and inviting. The backyard is perfect for s’mores, hanging, grilling, eating, playing… Absolutely loved this place!

Christmas in GJ

The yard was great for the dog. Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home. Thank you for sharing your home. Really close to shopping and entertainment.

Birthday weekend

We came to Grand Junction with family to Celebrate a birthday. It was just what we needed with 8 adults, one 2 year old and a dog. Thank you for the fenced yard!! Hot tub was a lovely bonus!!!

Perfect Place

We were in town to tour CMU and get some skiing in at Powderhorn. This place was perfect for both. Super close to campus, very nice neighborhood and the hot tub was perfect for after a day on the hill. The house was well maintained, cleaned and perfectly setup for a family. We will stay again for tips to see our college student.

Cute house - perfect for weekend getaway!

We had a fun girls’ weekend and this house met our needs perfectly! Well appointed and modern decor made this house delightful and cozy! I personally loved the backyard area with its seating and hammock, and of course, relaxing in the hot tub each evening was awesome. The only slight downside was the streaming/internet was not consistent and kept dropping while trying to watch a movie.

Great Weekend Get Away

We had a great long weekend in Grand Junction! The property was very clean and was in close proximity to everything we needed. We loved the layout and the hot tub and backyard were perfect! The only recommendation I have would be to have some basic paper products available (paper plates, napkins, foil, plastic wrap, etc). Other than that it was perfect. We will definitely look to book this property again in the future!

Thanksgiving in Grand Junction

Had a great holiday in this cute and very clean house. Close to downtown and quick drive to major shopping area. Less than 10 minute drive to Colorado National Monument with great views and hiking! Jumped in the hot tub after a day of hiking then sat around the firepit (plenty of wood provided!) to end the evening! Couldn't be happier with our stay! Host was VERY communicative and made sure we had everything we needed.

Close to Mesa

It’s a clean house close to Lincoln Park and Colorado Mesa University so made it an easy choice for college drop off. The outside area was nice although we didn’t get a chance to be outside as it was hot midday with afternoon storms during our stay. We were comfortable with our teens.

Grand Junction Oasis

The property was centrally located and very clean. Cooling is by swamp cooler which took more than 24 hours to bring down the temp inside. Once it was down it worked ok. That was very disappointing given how hot it was inside and out and we arrived. Wish they had better appliances. The ones provided were not up to my normal standards and definitely impeded my ability to cook for a large crowd. The hot tub thermostat was broken and all but 1 jet was broken and couldn't be moved. A hot tub was a large consideration for our stay and it was not great. Backyard was nice. Had it not been 100 degrees while we were there we would have enjoyed using it. Mattresses on all beds desperately need to be replaced. Current ones are lumpy or hard or loud. The house is nice. Just the finishing touches not so great.

Fantastic Property!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Grand Junction. The property was exactly as advertised in the photos. In fact, it was better! The backyard is much larger than it appears in the photos, which worked out quite well for our small family gathering. Also, the en suite bathroom in the master bedroom has a pocket door leading to the master bedroom which can be closed, so the bathroom can be made available to the other people staying at the house. The kitchen is wonderful. Fully stocked with everything you need. The location is outstanding. Only 2 blocks from Lincoln Park which boasts a 9 hole golf course, pickleball courts and a large public swimming facility. The house is also very close to the charming downtown, and only a few miles from the entrance to the Colorado National Monument. Our hosts were always available for any questions or concerns we had. We had a little trouble getting the front door lock to work when we first tried to check in, but our host immediately answered our phone call and walked us through it. She also brought us an iron and ironing board right away when we asked for one. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Grand Juncion.
