Perfectly located for exploring wineries in Palisade, hitting local trails, catching a game at Suplizio Field, or embarking on day trips to Grand Mesa, Moab, Ouray, or the Colorado National Monument, our open floor plan cottage offers historic charm with modern comforts. Enjoy allergy-friendly accommodations in a pet-free, smoke-free, and scent-free environment, complete with a private courtyard for relaxation. Your home away from home awaits. Enjoy the enclosed front porch, private back patio, off-street parking and carriage house for bikes or sporting equipment. All new contemporary yet comfortable decor and furnishings that complement the charm of the original features like the hardwood floors and built-in-place cabinets! Washer and dryer, outdoor grill and cooking station with comfortable private back patio that is shaded in the afternoons and has solar lighting for enjoying our comfortable Colorado evenings. Bedrooms feature ceiling fans, dresser, full size closet and Queen beds. The comfortable living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa, 55" smart television with Roku. There is a convenient desk area with internet access for those who need to work while they play. The bathroom has everything you might need including a hairdryer and make up mirror. In the renovation of the home, we opened the kitchen to the living area and provided a cool table space convenient for eating, working and visiting. We have a highchair, Pack & Play and baby seat / swing for those with small children. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless farm sink, stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, k-cup coffee maker, toaster, mixer, all cookware and dinnerware. You should only need to get a few groceries and personal items!
Check-in details will be provided via email and text message. Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with the necessary information. Additionally, two hours before your check-in, a text message will be sent, containing the property address and the smart lock door code.

Wonderful Place

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the area around there. I will make this my go to stay when ever I am in Grand Junction as it is super close to everything. The house was clean and cozy and had all the comforts of home.

Grand Junction Cottage

This property was perfect for our stay! It was centrally located to everywhere we went. The house was what we expected from the description and pictures and had everything we needed! I would recommend this property and would stay there again when we go back to Grand Junction!

The home is super cute and clean. It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay as hassle free as possible. It is very close to CMU which is nice and is also close to downtown. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Grand Junction.

Beautiful, albeit small, well-appointed charming home. Tastefully appointed and well-stocked. Close to downtown Main street and lots of restaurants and shops. Loved how quiet it was at night!

Perfect little house!

This was probably the best rental we have ever had throughout our travels. The house was perfectly clean, stocked better than any other, comfortable, warm and had a great water heater. Great location close to everything

We went up to Grand Junction to visit my son who’s at CMU. Property was well-kept and clean. Everything we could’ve wanted was there all we had to do is buy our groceries.

This property was very clean and offered all comforts of home including a high chair and pack n play

Our family enjoyed our stay at this home as we were in town for a family wedding. There is a nice park just down the road which was a great place for our kids to play. We also appreciated the high chair, pack n play, and other baby items available at this property. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. I would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in Grand Junction.

Excellent.... Again!

Our second time staying here. We enjoyed it just as much this time. The house had everything we needed and very comfortable. It was a difficult time for our family and Jan was so very understanding and and flexible. Love this house! We hope to return. Great location.

Absolutely loved the charm of house.

We felt so welcomed into this home with all the little extras that were added. Outdoor patio was a great plus which we enjoyed a peaceful breakfast on each morning. In the evening the patio was beautifully lit by lights and a perfect end to our busy days after our adventures. I would love to come back to this charming home again. The house was beautifully appointed! She thought of everything…. Sunscreen, bug spray, various Keurig pods…. I felt like I was in a copy of Architectural Digest… color schemes were gorgeous!!!! Comfy beds!!!!

Grand Junction Getaway

I almost hate to post this review -- because I'm concerned everyone will want to stay at this terrific property and then I won't be able to book it again. This property is clean, well-maintained, and fully-equipped with everything you need. It is well-located in a nice neighborhood with nice neighbors. Communications with the owner are fast and clear. Overall, this is a delightful place to stay that I heartily recommend.

Cozy house with central location

This was a lovely place to stay that was a nice fit for our family of 4. The house is smaller so the bedrooms are close together which is lovely for young children. The mattresses are medium hard, with lots of extra linens available removing the usual fights over pjllows! This is one of the best stocked kitchens I've stayed in, and the back patio adds a lovely sitting area for nice weather. It's an older house so it has some squeaks and quirks, but we had a nice stay and the owner was very responsive and helpful when we found we had left something behind.

The house is well decorated and comfortable. Found everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels for baths and showers (nice luxury). About 10 min walk to town. Quiet at night. Weekend Stay

I chose this place because it was super close to CMU and I was visiting my daughter who is a freshman there. The house was super cute and cozy, very clean, and had absolutely everything you could ask for. We were able to make meals together in a well equipped kitchen so definitely better than staying at a hotel. Host was super quick to answer texts. I arrived in Grand Junction about an hour before the official check in time and within minutes was able to get the o.k. that the house was ready and we could get in. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in town!!

The property itself was very nice and met our needs. The temperature in Grand Junction was 100 degrees. The cooling unit located in the kitchen did not cool the living area or bedrooms making the temperature unbearable and in excess of 80 degrees. Much too warm for sleeping comfortably.

My husband and I love this quaint home. The owners have everything you need.

My husband and I stayed at this house for a second time because we just love everything about it. This year we brought another couple with us who have never been to Colorado. They fell in love with this home just as we did the first time we stayed here. The owners have everything you need and it is all labeled!!! It is very neat and clean and well maintained. The home is located within walking distance of the downtown which was perfect for us. We were able to walk to and from the house to the downtown to enjoy the music fest that weekend. I plan to stay at this home, if it is available, whenever I visit Grand Junction in the future.
