Welcome to Midtown Haven, a family home in the heart of Grand Junction, its centralized location gets you to ALL of Grand Junction's amenities and activities within minutes – Hiking, Biking (road and Mountain), Shopping, Wine Country, and many Local and Chain Restaurants. Our home is situated in a quiet cul de sac, with a short walk to a very tranquil park with walking paths and pond. You’ll feel right at home in our mellow Midtown Haven!

Very nice house Right down to the best shampoo and conditioner a nd body wash the yard could have been cleaner but wasnt dirty just a lot of sticks the air conditioning could be better. We all enjoyed the house and thank you for our experiance very much we are farmers not accustomed to fine homes it was woth it just to stay tgere be sides our purpose of a wedding Lawrence
