Clean and comfortable
House was clean and well stocked.
Check in time discrepancies regarding what was published and actual time. However management was responsive and helpful.
Yard is not as pictured. However despite that, it was a clean and comfortable place to stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. They allowed our dogs and the home was spacious and exceptionally clean. Very large and bright great room, 2 nice sized bedrooms and a huge lower room with the twin beds. Nice kitchen with dining area, table and chairs. All beds were very comfortable with nice linens and warm comforters. Microwave, gas stove and huge sink. Extremely clean refrigerator and kitchen well stocked. Master bath was nice size, great cabinet, outlets and supplies. Lots of extra towels and sheets. Small front yard but suited our purpose. Fence is a very low chain link if you have fence jumpers. There is an attached Bungalow in the back of the house which was occupied but they did not share our yard or home. Neighborhood is a little sketchy and lots of barking dogs. TV actually had live TV and many choices for viewing. Close to food and amenities. At check-in the lower knob was locked. Communication with property manager was excellent and issue was resolved quickly. Very nice oversight by property manager! We would definitely stay here again.
Came into town for the tour de vineyards. Great location. Very clean.

Perfect family vacation home
Vacations just got better when visiting Colorado. This house was the perfect choice for my our family vacation. Nor far from stores and more. We will be coming back again.
Could use a iron and ironing board. The inside was very clean but could use some end tables in the living area. The yard was nothing but weeds and the exterior could use some paint. Other than that it was great.

Okay Place
The overall property was alright but the house had a few issues (closet door not attached, soft spots in the floor, poor drain in the bathroom). The outside was extremely noisy, apparently the highway a block away is where everyone comes to race their engine all night. Also would have liked to use the small Weber gas grill but it was absolutely filthy.
Not likely to rent again.

The house was clean, the host was very responsive and that's very important, so we appreciated that. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for cooking. Improvements needed: some type of luggage racks for the bedrooms. Our luggage had to sit on the floor to access our clothes. Maybe a chair in each bedroom to sit and put on shoes, etc. The furniture in the living room was terribly uncomfortable and random. The room is big and needs better furniture. A sectional, or another couch and matching loveseat with maybe a recliner, and some nice decor on the walls. The decor was very random. None of us could sit very long in the furniture. There were several broken and loose outlet plates. All the bedrooms need better bedside tables and lamps. The thermostats need labeled so we know which ones go to which rooms. We could never get the heaters in the master bed and bath to go off and it was so hot we had to open a window in the night. A box of kleenex here and there would have been good. Kitchen towels in the kitchen and bath hand towels in the bathroom instead of mixed. Again, it was clean and we certainly appreciated that. There was alot of outside noise which made it difficult to sleep. Roosters crowing and street traffic, but we know you can't do anything about that.

Management company failure
House itself is in excellent condition. Location is a bit noisy on a busy intersection, which wouldn't have been a problem if not for the fact that the unit's cooling system was completely nonfunctional, meaning the only way to make the space liveable (not 90 degrees inside) was to open all the windows. Property owner responded to requests to check on the cooling, but said that the management company had said they'd turned on the cooling and did not respond to owner's request to verify on site. We tried to turn the system on several times, and it was completely nonfunctional. As a result, we left the unit after the first night for a hotel with functional A/C given the extreme heat. We will be requesting a refund for the night we were forced to relocate.
The outside was all dry and awful. The inside was better but there was no mop or things that should have been provided. I would never rent this place again. The cost was outrageous for what we got. The neighbors wasn’t good either. We couldn’t do outside what we wanted because there where other people there only separated by a curtain. I would never recommend this place or your service again.
Review:****Misleading Listing & Disappointing Experience**I booked this Grand Junction vacation rental based on the listing's description, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.First, upon arrival, we were unable to enter the property as the deadbolt was engaged from the inside. We had to wait approximately 25 minutes for housekeeping to arrive and let us in, which was a frustrating start to our vacation. The property itself differed significantly from the advertised description. The listing implied a lawn, but the yard was primarily dirt with a sign warning of pesticide use, which is concerning given that the property is advertised as pet-friendly. We also found numerous cigarette butts in the yard, despite the 'no smoking' rule. The 'private' patio was not private. It was separated from an adjacent unit only by a curtain and overlooked other rental units and parking areas, lacking the sense of seclusion we anticipated. Additionally, there was excessive road noise from both the street the property was on and from the main road, which made it difficult to relax.Inside, the microwave handle was broken. The unit was also heavily scented with multiple plug-in air fresheners, creating an overwhelming and unpleasant odor that required us to open the windows.Overall, the discrepancies between the listing and the actual property, combined with the issues with cleanliness, security, and noise levels, made for a disappointing stay.

Dirty and smelled
Notified the house we booked had a problem with the air conditioner and could not be fixed in time for our stay. They offered a different house that was smaller. We were already on the road so reluctantly agreed to take it. We had a hard time finding it. No lights or signage on the street. We finally found the house behind another house. All very dark as we arrived around 930pm. We walked in and immediately smelled something foul. We walked through the house and just felt dirty. The windows were left open. So maybe they were trying to air it out. Not sure. There was no hand soap in restroom, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were half full and dirty/scummy looking. My grandson opened a kitchen drawer and the front fell off with a few small nails falling to the floor . The kitchen sink had food or some kind of debris. The hand soap as half full maybe. The floor to the kitchen and hallway was sticky. The table was sticky as well. We tried to turn lights on but did not work (there outside light and a light in the living room. We tried to plug in our chargers and outlets did not work. I emailed the owner with no response. As we were in the house the smell was overbearing. I don’t know if it was the chemicals used or just plain unclean. The smell really smelled like old urine. Why were the windows left open. We were thinking to possibly air out the house. We decided we did not feel safe or comfortable staying here. We decided to go to a hotel. Did not hear from owner for awhile
