- This country style apartment we call "Kerri Kate's Place" is named after a special horse that lived several years ago on this lovely 3 acre property that once was the home of several riding and race horses. Though horses are no longer a part of the property, goats and chickens are available for petting and they love guests to feed them treats.
Kerri Kate's Place is the perfect home base for your trip to Grand Junction. Guests will find the serene space featuring one cozy bedroom with a queen bed, and walk in closet. The bathroom shower provides shampoo, conditioner and soap as well as a hairdryer. There is a full kitchen with a brand new range. We provide plenty of coffee, tea and snacks for added convenience. There is work space with two desks as well a washer and drier. The attached one car garage allows for added vehicle security. Outdoor there is a deck with fenced in yard, sitting area and grill. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, the apartment offers a comfortable retreat with heating and AC to keep you just right. Enjoy a peaceful stay that balances comfort and simplicity. Hiking and mountain biking trails as well as down town restaurants and shopping is within minutes.
