"The staff were helpful and courteous. Our room was spot on . Clean quiet with a really comfortable large double bed. We ate in the restaurant from an interesting and well priced menu. Finally we benefitted from a 12 noon check out. Cannot fault this Hotel at all and would stay again"

"We had a few problems on arrival as the road to the hotel had been temporarily closed. The lady on reception was extremely helpful and helped us to negotiate a different route. Our room was a double when we had booked a twin but that was also quickly resolved and we were given a very nice room with two double beds. The facilities in the room were perfect and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. On Sunday, there was a market directly outside the hotel, which we enjoyed wandering through. It is a lovely town in a beautiful area. The staff were so kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The staff at the hotel is very kind, professional and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and as I struggled with the bath they immediately changed our room with one which had a lovely Italian shower. "Great place to stay. Fairly central location, and having a restaurant downstairs was helpful if you're getting into town late. The room was a decent size, an elevator big enough for 2 with luggage (which is not always guaranteed in older cities) and a helpful staff. Biggest gripe was not having a second trash can in the room besides the tiny one in the bathroom... which is about as minor a complaint as you can have, really. Definitely pleased with our stay."
