  • Retreat to this beautifully designed townhome that offers authentic ski-in/ski-out accessibility! Accommodating up to 6 guests, it features 2 bedrooms, a loft, and a variety of home-like amenities. This delightful unit serves as an ideal escape that feels just like home. Enjoy hiking and biking trails right from your doorstep in the summer or skiing during the winter months.
    Guests will appreciate the inviting living room, which boasts vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, a flat-screen television for entertainment, and access to a private patio. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for convenient meal preparation during family vacations and offers seating for four at the dining table, along with two additional spots at the breakfast bar.
    The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a renovated en-suite bathroom that features new vanities, countertops, and a shower enclosure.
    The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and provides access to the main hallway bathroom. Furthermore, for added convenience, a twin air mattress, a pack-n-play crib, and a sofa sleeper located in the loft area are available.
    Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI, in unit washer and dryer, private deck and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
    Complex amenities include a common area outdoor hot tub and grill in the summer.
    Parking on a first come first serve basis in the open outdoor parking lot for no more than 3 vehicles.
    Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only. This fee is per person/per day.
    Located just 1 mile from the ski lodge, dining options, pool, fitness center, and 2 miles from the golf course, it is perfect for enjoyment throughout the year. Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake.
    Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
    House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.

The location is unbeatable access to the slopes on kicking horse and the value was incredible. I have no real big complaints. There were a few minor issues that were promptly addressed by the host who was on top of it quickly. Check in was easy. This was our second stay in the unit and and they added a touch pad lock this time which made it much easier to come and go.
