Gorgeous lake views from every room! Large expansive property right on the open water.3/4 acre at the end of a culdesac with your own private dock, boat ramp and beach. Newly decorated beach house with comfortable beds and bedding and lots of nice bathroom and beach towels! Enjoy breakfast on the lakeside deck and dinner in the cozy nook watching the moonlight sparkle on the water. Lots of amenities including kayaks, floating tubes, swim vests, sun lounger, fireplace and fire pit. A complete coffee bar with whole beans and grinder and also coffee, tea and hot chocolate pods. Just a few minutes into Granbury for a vast array of restaurants, shopping and theatre. Our goal is to provide our guests with an extraordinary retreat like experience!

Please park by blue Guest Parking signs ONLY. Be aware .. There is direct and unfenced access to open water both from the house and off the dock.
Special Events with additional daytime guests are allowed with approval of host and at an additional cost. Trash must be bagged and dishes washed.
