This location is prime for kayaks, paddle boarding or jet skis. This is located 4.1 miles from downtown and located super close to going up in the river for all the prime water and wake boarding. You can get to all of the lake front restaurants by boat if you want. There are a total of 8 super comfortable foam queen mattress. Lots of good fishing from your private pier and also the HOA pier and boat ramp are next door one house down. There is one double canoe 6 single kayaks and one double kayak and two kid kayaks at the property, but life jackets must be worn when in use at all times.
