"Awesome stay. Room was very clean and loved the balcony with all the plants overseeing the city. Also, nice touch will beautiful murals of local children who benefits from guests staying at the property. Location- Perfect. Walking distance from plenty off food options- try the Shucos from Shucos Los Mismos. Cool whiskey bar near by and conveniently a La Torre Supermarket for your grocery or personal hygiene needs. Gym/ Dumbbells up to 50lbs and a bench with some cardio machines. Enough for a good workout. Nice views of the city. Restaurant- didn’t try the food but nice ambience. "

"Th premises are good for the price, but you can hear what ever is happening in the outside of the room so if you are planing to sleep over night here you might have a rough time between 8pm and 1am depending the day, with weekends and holidays being the most noise ones. "

"Hands down!!! So far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Guatemala. The best was the buffet breakfast, they had everything you can possibly think off for breakfast. Will definitely come back in our next trip. "

"Sábanas limpias, bien pero NO te dan toalla para manos ni tapete baño solo tu toalla para bañarte , y se necesita! El precio es alto para no tener eso en la habitación, se necesita!!!! Le falta remodelar baño y cuarto, Está a 12 cuadras de la Catedral y Mercado pero la calle es peligroso esa zona no salir después de 7 pm , el rumbo no está agradable y por ese precio menos "

"Great hotel "

"This was a disappointing stay. I decided to spend more than usual on this hotel due to the location and amenities but the amenities were lacking. The main reason I booked this hotel was due to the gym so I could continue training for my hike on Acatenango. The one machine I needed (the treadmill) was out of service for the three days I was there. The other equipment was broken and had missing pieces. The gym is also closed on Sundays. Additionally, there was no hot water in the room and The electricity went out twice for about an hour in the middle of the day on a Sunday. These are things I would expect at hotels in Guatemala at lower price points. For the price I paid, I’m very disappointed. "
