C.B. is a small but elegant B&B, which is eat-off-the-floor clean. It has a beautiful terrace (with a plunge pool) with tables and chairs and sofas. It is as quiet as can be. Just down the hill is a small cafe, the 4 Gatos, and a Taverna where I got an outstanding Negroni. At night we could see the Alhambra from our bed. Priceless, as the ads go. The owner went to an extraordinary length to help me (77) get to a cab. We'd go back in a minute.

Fantastic Alhambra view!
It's a nice place to stay in the old part of Granada. The view of the Alhambra is amazing. The walk into the main area only a few minutes. The staff is very helpful, they work hard to keep the place clean. Beds were comfortable and breakfast good. My only complaint is that they have constant candles and air fresheners going. I have allergies to scents so for me that was really difficult. I had to unplug the two in the room and keep my door open. The AC works great btw, I would recommend this place to non smell sensitive friends in a heartbeat!

The most beautiful property with a stunning view. You could sit for hours and take-in the Alhambra palace. Service was excellent and the pool a bonus in the hot Spanish summer. We enjoyed having a drink by the pool and breakfasts on the stunning terrace. The rooms were spotless and well equipped.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very helpful and attentive, the room itself was spacious and actually had a view of the Alhambra. The only thing I have mixed feelings about is the location which on one hand is great because you are actually staying in the Albacin

Casa Bomba Great for Independent Travelers
Casa Bombo is a small hotel located in the heart of Granada’s Albacin neighborhood. It’s small, informal, almost like an upscale hostel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It has a lovely garden area with a small pool. It offers a simple continental breakfast. You can buy a beer, soda or glass of wine at reception but it’s only staffed short periods of the day. It’s a great place to stay if you’re an independent, self-sufficient traveller but not your kind of place if you need lots of services. It’s location would make it very difficult for anyone needing assistance or unable to climb the hills leading up to it.

Unique boutique style hotel with an amazing view of the Alhambra Chilled relaxed atmosphere,very clean,use of kitchen/fridge,buffet style breakfast. Lovely patio/balcony and a plung pool with amazing views and very private. Our room was a budget room with no window but it was clean with a bathroom en-suite and a very good size wardrobe,the lack of window did not bother us as you can sit and admire the view from the lounge/breakfast and patio area. The staff Fabio and Venessa were so helpful,always happy to advise and book trips We loved this little hotel with its quirky little touches. We found it peaceful We would definitely stay again Loved it

From the pickup at the airport we loved every minute. The location is awesome and the staff was amazing. Vanessa was the main receptionist while we were around and she gave great recommendations for places to eat, was super accommodating with everything. The view is remarkable from the property and the back porch with pool is lovely. The rooms are plain but give you the feel of really staying in the Albaicín. Bathrooms were very clean, showers worked well, hairdryer provided was great. The morning continental breakfast was a great start to the day and there is coffee, tea, and cold water available 24 hrs a day. We definitely will stay here again when we come back! Thanks Casa Bombo for an EXCELLENT experience!

Our first impression of this hotel was amazing. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, very helpful in letting us know all that Granada had to offer (especially in a non-touristy way). We stayed in the tower room and the view of the Alhambra was phenomenal - best view in the city. We wanted to love this hotel but unfortunately on our second day, we started to notice a major issue. We began finding silverfish in our bed. Not one, not two, but an overall count of 17... we tried to get them all out and sleep but were woken up in the middle of the night getting crawled on. We were unable to sleep from 3:30am until we left. We would have left early but our car was parked in their private lot so we had to wait until the driver can for our 8:30 appointment to be dropped off there. Except that the driver didn’t show up at 8:30 like we scheduled. They came a little after 9am. It’s a good thing we didn’t need to get to an airport or have an appointment because we would have been late. When we told them that we were unable to sleep and showed them photos of the silverfish, they just made a note and said “ew”... but didn’t make up for it at all. In fact, after that she said “well you’ve paid so you don’t owe anything and you’re all set to go.” Really, guys? No. I hope these issues are fixed because this could really be an amazing space.

Excellent location with Alhambra view. The personnel were very courteous and helpful. I recommend the room which has access to the terrace. Travel light because the hotel is not accessible by car. Things that can be improved: putting a tissue box in the room and enough supply of shampoo & body wash. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

B&B contacted me before arrival to see if I needed a pick-up which was good. Room was large and nicely decorated with a view of the Al Hambra. Bathroom was OK. I could not work out how to use the shower but as I was going to the Hamman it did not matter so much. I liked the location but if you have mobility issues it could be a problem. Breakfast selection was continental and OK. It was too cold to use the terrace but it has a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful and booked me a slot at the Hamman at a discount and also recommended some good tapas bars close by. I could hear people arriving or leaving and talking in the hallway so the room was a bit noisy.

This is a lovely little hotel with great views of the Alhambra. There is a small swimming pool in the common terrace area. Although we had a bathroom down the hall, it was for our private use. Both the room and bathroom were large and well appointed. The breakfast was very nice. We really appreciated the free pick up service from the train station.

Can’t wait to stay again!
We loved our stay! We were so comfortable there, it was our home away from home. The staff was so nice and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and filling. The room and bath was spacious, clean and comfy beds. Our room had a view of the Alhambra and it was breathtaking. The location was so convenient since we were able to walk to the Cathedral and surrounding sights. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. There are a lot of stairs to get to the hotel so pack light!

Casa Bombo was a hot for our family!
We loved casa bombo! The pool and view are amazing. Rooms was simple, clean and the air conditioning worked well. It’s a little hard to find because of the historical neighborhood in which it is located. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very fresh with good selection of items.

Wonderful oasis in Grenada
We loved Casa Bombo. It was close to all Granada had to offer but also provided an oasis of calm for the afternoon after a morning of being a tourist. The patio with cabana and plunge pool were a perfect place to relax. The breakfast was also perfect. The only difficulty is that it is in the middle of the Albicyn hill so getting bags there requires negotiating lots of stairs and cobblestones (so consider what bags you will have) but we knew that going in and it’s the trade off for the great location.

Highly recommend!
Beautiful views, a comfortable room, friendly service, and an excellent location. Free parking is no longer an option, so we had to park rather far away for about 20 euro a night, but you wouldn't want to drive much closer to the hotel anyway even if you could.

Fantastic place with a great staff and the views are better than the pictures. Everyone can go down to the terrace/patio area and drink a bottle of wine in best and take in granada. Walking down to the center of the city is pretty quick stroll down the hills.

Wonderful place once you get there! Finding it is a challenge. No traffic, just on foot. Apparently they will meet you somewhere but we didn't know that and it took us 2 hours to find the place. Once there, we had a lovely room, great view and nice stay.

Lovely Casa in the old town with stunning views of the Alhambra - worth paying the extra to book a room with that view. Helpful staff, buffet breakfast, clean rooms, comfy bed. However, the old town is Very hilly and close parking impossible so be aware if you are bad on your legs or travel with a huge amount of luggage.

Casa bombo has an incredible view of the Alhambra. It's in an old quirky part of the city with lots of beautiful places nearby. It's hilly and easy to get lost but fun. Alexandra is anazing but some of the other staff were quite ignorant. Our deluxe room opened onto the courtyard and pool: very convenient but like privacy. We regularly had the courtyard to ourselves. Breakfast wasn't great. Go with all if this in mind. It's a more characterful area of Granada than the city.

Wonderful Guesthouse with a Beautiful View
We really had trouble finding Casa Bombo, but we were both so glad we booked there. Our room, which had direct access to the lovely terrace, was large and comfortable, and featured a fantastic view of the Alhambra, had a wonderfully quiet and efficient air conditioner, two twins pushed together to make an oversized King, a seating area and an open rack for luggage and clothing storage. Our large, tiled bathroom was a few steps down the hall but was for our use only (we were given a key). The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious and was our introduction to the great Spanish breakfast Tostada (toasted rustic bread topped with fresh pureed tomato, olive oil and salt). The coffee was wonderful - the best we had on our trip. We were so grateful for the plunge pool on the terrace, as the temperature hovered around 40 C during our four days there. In addition, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and offered some excellent advice about our Alhambra visit, local restaurants, and other Granada sights to take in. We loved it at Casa Bombo and hope to return.

We stayed overnight on a quick trip to Granada and Casa Bomba was in a perfect location and very comfortable and authentic with lovely staff

Amazing view!
The view from the hotel eating area is AMAZING! It is the Alhambra and just incredible. The neighborhood is great, lots of food, bars, and shopping, you get a real feel for the culture. There are no cars which is nice for walking, but difficult if you have a lot of luggage, as we did. There is free parking about a 15 min walk away, and despite my worries, it was safe for the car. The staff was super helpful in providing advice about what to do during our stay and helping us plan out the travel.

The "free parking" is, but costs €20 to get there
They emailed us about a week before arriving that parking is in or off a street above and recommended we have them pick us up for €10 - same goes for taking you back and it's really too hard a walk! We arrived at 4.30pm and check in is at 1pm - our room wasn't ready! We were told it was because we hadn't told them what time we would arrive! What hotel in the world requires notification of your time of arrival? The location is good, but there is a restaurant on the street below and they eat (noisily) until midnight, so not a good sleep. Not happy with the double sized bed and one long pillow and our plumbing didn't work properly. Nice room otherwise. To top off our troubles, they wouldn't accept credit cards as "their machine wasn't working" which we've found a lot in Spain, at restaurants and such. Breakfast only just passed muster.
