This hotel is within walking distance to great harbor restaurants, and also a quick drive to the ferry. Secure parking below the hotel is an added feature!!

I made a very last minute change of plans and checked out of my previous hotel a day earlier than expected and was lucky enough to have found this hotel. It was reasonably priced, perfectly located, I found parking to be easy but I think I was lucky I found a spot immediately. The hotel staff were lovely. Thank You!

Hotel was clean and quiet, breakfast was good and pool and jacuzzi was relaxing, fresh and modern with water jets and massaging loungers in the pool A few things not good such as no English speaking staff, had to rely on Google translate, no English channels on TV, it's the most widely spoken language in the world. We were there for four nights, the first two nights we were wakened by a garbage truck outside at 3.30am, it went on for fifteen minutes, very loud. We asked to change rooms from 208 to 202 which was so much better, so quiet and with our own terrace with a lovely view. The first morning we didn't say we didn't want housekeeping, there wasn't a sign to put outside the door, also we'd only checked in the night before. On returning after a walk I found my flip-flops I'd brought for the pool had been thrown out, I'd left them in a bag in the bathroom, the maids when questioned via the receptionist kept saying they hadn't seen them, but they never admitted to throwing them out, after no luck finding them the head receptionist compensated me 5 euros to replace them, it was an inconvenience as I needed them for the pool and had to make do with training shoes.

Great location and comfortable hotel.
Hotel is in great location. The outside of the hotel looks a bit jaded the inside is old fashioned but very clean. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Spa is actually much nicer than I expected. Breakfast very good. Second floor rooms have balconies which is very nice.

Ideal location
Low key and a bit old fashioned but in a fantastically ideal location for the sea front and the restaurants or bars. My room and individual balcony felt huge. I would very happily return here in an instant.

Gem of a hotel

A bit disappointing
We booked this while travelling round the island after reading reviews and seeing it has a Spa. Booking via the app meant it was done on a no cancellation basis so when we arrived to find the restaurant closed and the Spa closed then disappointing doesn’t come close. If the hotel website was up to date they could have said they were closed and we would have booked elsewhere so my advice is call and check ahead. The rest was fine with the place but they should have allowed a free cancellation seeing as the main amenities weren’t available.

Mindre hotell med fantastiskt läge och spa-liknande pooler i källare samt garage. En kort promenad i det lilla samhället tar dig till färjan till Teneriffa, salt-pooler, strand, restauranger samt livsmedelsbutik. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Inredning i de väl tilltagna rummen lite sliten, men allmänutrymmen uppfräschade. Frukost ok, men kan förbättras genom att skaffa bättre kaffemaskin istället för att visa bönor ovanpå, som faktiskt inte används för att göra det blaskiga kaffet. Transfer från flygplats saknas och ordnas på egen hand. Receptionen kontaktas bäst på eftermiddagen, då personalen sköter köket vid frukost. På det stora hela en fantastisk, vilsam och positiv upplevelse.

グランカナリアのアガエテ港から徒歩で行けるアクセスのよいホテルです。フェリーで到着して歩いてチェックインまで15分かかりません。プールもついていて居心地のよいホテルでした。朝食もとても美味しかったです。

Hotel por dentro sorprende muy cuidado y ordenado y personal agradable. No obstante durante la estancia, varios días no cambiaron toallas, ni barrieron habitación ( polvo que entraba al abrir el balcon por el viento). En el comedor sólo te daban un plato que tenías que re-utilizar si querías repetir o coger otros alimentos :(

Das Hotelpersonal war super freundlich, die Zimmer sauber aber die Einrichtung leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt. Frühstück gut, aber nicht herausragend. Bei der Buchung wurde noch mit Bildern eines Aussenpools geworben, den es aber gar nicht gibt. Dafür schöner Spa Bereich, den man mit Kindern aber nur in einem engen Zeitfenster nutzen darf.Tiefgarage sehr eng. Restaurants in der Umgebung sind vorhanden, aber wir waren nicht begeistert.

Pequeño, agradable, céntrico y recomendable.
Es un hotel pequeño, pero acogedor. El personal es amable y complaciente. La cantidad de usuarios permite que los empleados identifiquen a los usuarios y recuerden sus preferencias. Las instalaciones y mobiliario son algo vintage lo que le da un cierto aire diferente al resto de hoteles cercanos. Las habitaciones son adecuadas, muchas más amplias de lo normal. No se puede esperar un lujo innecesario porque el hotel responde a su relación calidad precio. La cafetería para desayunos está bien atendida, tiene una variedad aceptable, los alimentos están correctamente conservados en el buffet y los camareros están al tanto de la reposición y de la atención a la huéspedes. El lobby es relativamente amplio respecto al tamaño del hotel, y tiene rincones donde los huéspedes pueden sentarse a leer sin molestias. Posee un salón para eventos y reuniones, en el que el personal del hotel coopera amablemente. El SPA es acogedor y esta muy buen conservado. Es necesario reservar para su uso y ofrecen servicios adicionales. Cerca del puerto, con toda la diversidad de restaurantes, y de las piscinas naturales. Recomendable.
