Experiência negativa

A equipe da recepção é extremamente gentil. Em especial a Alessandra e o Sr. Gelson. Mas a equipe de camareira não é simpática, jogam os móveis na hora da limpeza, isso desde as 07h da manhã. E as paredes do hotel são praticamente de folha sulfite, extremamente fina. Não dormimos nenhuma noite bem, a pessoa do quarto do lado roncava muito e parecia estar dentro do nosso quarto. Não voltaremos.

O hotel é aconchegante, assim como o staff. Ponto alto são os quartos, muito bem arrumados, mobília nova, e tamanho excelente. O café da manhã é bem servido também. A localização, embora não seja na avenida principal, está relativamente perto se você estiver de carro (recomendo alugar carro). Mas num geral: bom hotel e preço justo.

O quarto que ficamos não era confortável, o banheiro com cheiro ruim, a calefação não funcionava, o quarto estilo chalé, mas não tinha janela nas laterais, somente no teto e os móveis do quarto são muito velhos. O café da manhã é fraco, sempre a mesma coisa trivial. Garargem com poucas vagas cobertas oque dificulta nos dias de chuva e frio.

Excelente localização, possível caminhar até o centro de Gramado. Muito bom o café da manhã, bem diversificado. O Hotel ainda oferece um restaurante com custo benefício, e muito boa alimentação, não deixando a desejar para os restaurantes do local . Acesso a internet deixa a desejar, ruim opções de tv, acesso a transporte Uber com facilidade e custo excelente, muito bom para uma cidade com trânsito ruim e falta de estacionamento. Recomendo Uber.

o Hotel tem uma infraestrutura boa, mas durante a hospedagem tivemos problemas com a água quente no chuveiro por duas noites. O Gerente Rodrigo é super prestativo e educado e tentou resolver. o Aquecimento dos quartos era desligado de madrugada ou era o mesmo problema mas que nos contornavamos usando o ar condicionado quente. Café da manhã sensacional e tem vagas cobertas e descobertas em número suficiente. Precisam só melhorar a questão da água quente e aquecimento.

Estrutura maravilhosa. Limpeza excelente. Café da manhã bem variado. Localização excelente. Deixo registrado meu elogio ao atendimento em geral, o pessoal da recepção, as meninas do café da manhã, quanta gentileza! Fazem tudo pra te atender. A moça da limpeza do 5° andar, não perguntei o nome dela, mas muito educada, solícita. Foi a 3° vez em Gramado e 1° vez no hotel. Com certeza quando voltar ficarei nele.
