This city is beautiful and I loved the little Cottages that we stayed in. The hot tub was fantastic and the area is absolutely gorgeous I will stay there again

Situated by the highway, which is convenient to go to both Gramado and Canela. Hotel is very clean is beautiful inside the room. Clean and has sound proofing windows to the roadside. Really a cozy place to stay.

Maravilhoso.

O local é incrível. Tudo lindo. Realmente parece um sítio, com várias cabanas, tudo lindo. Bem arborizado, flores lindas (apesar de estarmos no final do inverno). O café da manhã delicioso, a senhora responsável pela cozinha (perdão, esqueci o nome rs), um amor de pessoa. Ia a todas as mesas saber se estávamos bem, satisfeitos e se queríamos algo mais… A localização do hotel muito boa tb, entre a entrada de canela e gramado. Longe da agonia, mas perto de tudo (de carro ou a pé.) rs A pé tem museus, chocolateria, restaurantes (só atravessar a rua…) Tem tb a cervejaria Felsen que fica a 6 min a pé de lá. Fizemos o tour da cerveja, muito muito bom. E de carro, é pertinho para o centro de Gramado e canela. O único “problema” que tivemos foi o banheiro que estava vazando água do box e então ficava alagando um pouco rs mas eu informei na recepção e eles já solicitaram uma equipe para ir consertar. Todos os funcionários muito educados e receptivos. Parabéns a equipe do hotel ! Voltarei mais vezes e indicarei vocês.

Hotel incrível, com equipe super atenciosa e o café da manhã é excelente. Sem contar o carinho e o cuidado da Sra. Noeli responsável pelo café da manhã e super atenciosa com todos os hóspedes. Ótima experiência. Mimos de cortesia como flores, bombons e café nos foram ofertados. Café da manhã muito bom, quartos limpos e grandes. Atendimento impecável. As áreas comuns não estão funcionando por conta da pandemia e atenção a taxa de 10% que deve ser paga no local.
