In Grainet, the holiday flat Ferienwohnung Grabmeier - Nummer 1 with stepless access and interior design offers an excellent view of the mountains. The 85 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Facilities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

This holiday flat offers a private outdoor area with garden, open and covered terrace. A sauna is also available and can be used on request.

The apartment is situated 10 km from a national park, 15 km from the Czech and Austrian borders, and 40 km from Passau. There is a ski slope 1.5 km away, and shopping facilities, restaurants, numerous hiking and biking trails, and public transport links are close to the property. Bike and ski rentals are found in Waldkirchen.

Car parking is available.

Families with children are welcome. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

It is possible to bring a maximum of 2 pets for a fee.

Pros: Liebe Christa, wir waren jetzt mittlerweile schon 3 Mal bei Christa Grabmeier, es ist einfach herrlich schön bei ihr. Die Wohnungen sind auch super. Man kann sich super gut erholen. Pros: Ankommen und wohlfühlen, es bleibt einem gar nichts anderes übrig! Danke das wir hier so angenehme Tage erleben durften wobei nicht nur das schöne Wetter allein verantwortlich war. Das schöne Ambiente dieses Hauses, die traumhaft schöne Aussicht und die Wellness Oase haben ihr Eigenes dazu beigetragen. Für Mensch und Hund ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Pros: Wir waren zum 1. Mal da und haben uns sofort wohl und angekommen gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung unter dem Dach ist sehr geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach grandios. Absolut ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Wiesen und Wälder. So gerne hätten wir spontan noch ein paar Tage dran gehängt, wenn es die Arbeit zugelassen hätte. Pros: Liebe Frau Grabmeier, auf diesem Wege recht herzlichen Dank für einen traumhaften Urlaub. Nach dem Motto: Ankommen, loslassen und wohlfühlen. Wir haben die Zeit bei Ihnen sehr genossen und kommen sehr gern wieder. Eine top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Pros: Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Ausstattung (Wintergarten/Fussbodenheizung/neue Küche). Genügend Platz für drei oder mehr Personen). Der direkte Zugang zur Sauna kam uns bei dem leider nicht so schönen Wetter sehr gelegen. Ideal auch mit Hund, da Lage am Ortsrand und man sofort in der Natur spazieren oder wandern kann. Sehr ruhig und tolle Aussicht. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (direkt vor Ort im Dorfladen) oder 9 km weiter größere Lebensmittelgeschäfte). Sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeberin, die den tollen Aufenthalt abgerundet hat. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Familie Geiger/ Zöllner aus Heimertingen bzw Stuttgart.

Pros: Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit einer wirklich traumhaften Aussicht in genialer Ortsrandlage. Eine tolle Vermieterin - an dieser Stellle Ihnen Frau Grabmeier nochmals ein riesiges Dankeschön für die herzliche Aufnahme und die tollen Tips. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Pros: Angekommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt . Die herzliche Art der Gastgeber ist nicht zu übertreffen. Eine traumhafte Landschaft ideal zum Erholen und die Seele baumeln lassen.
