Being off highway, I expected a somewhat run down building and motel but to my surprise, the room and bathroome were clean, the refrigerator was large and the room was fairly well lit. "David greeted me warmly and gave so much local information. I asked about the EV charger and although it was in use when we got there, it was available and so convenient when we got back from dinner. He even offered to move us to a room closer to the charger, but I said not to bother. The building is not so big that it is any inconvenience to walk the length of the building. Bottom line, we have been pleased so far. It's a shame we are only here for one night. This would be a great home base...

"This motel is fairly unique in that it has two indoor pools and a hot tub open to guests. We used the hot tub and it was nice. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean, and I liked that the continental breakfast included a waffle maker. We would stay here again. Not fancy but budget friendly."
