The place is beautifully appointed but what really made the stay extra special was the home cooked, incredible fresh, out of this world breakfast with a stunning view overlooking the river! 10/10 would and will recommend to everyone!"

"The historic property was beautifully landscaped and maintained from the front lawn and parking to the features in the back yard, including short shaded woodland trails. The interior of the historic home was lovely, clean, and welcoming with ample seating and window views, tea, coffee, etc., and snacks. The most comforting aspect of our stay was the hostess, sharing the history of the property and former owners, and offering a tour. The hostess and staff were sincere, kind and so helpful! I intend to stay at this place again!"

"Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (hot tub looked brand new!). Overall, the facility is dated and could benefit from a makeover. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which is normally not a problem in New Hampshire, but our weather was warm and humid at night."
