"This is one of the nicest motels we have stayed at, on our holiday. Very clean and all the necessary facilities. The bed was very comfortable. Even though we were close to the main road, there was little to no noise. The breakfast was the best we have had at a motel. The owners, Greg and Sue are very friendly and helpful. Would happily recommend it for visitors to Grafton."

"We have stayed here at least 5 times in the last 6 years. We always feel safe and it has very little traffic or noise. Although there isn't space to fit our car, with a car trailer, in the car park there is always parking on the access road near the entry. Rooms are always clean. Pricing is good and we will continue to stay here when in Grafton for Speedway. "

"This place is an absolute gem. Right beside the river, with an extensive garden with plenty of seats and tables to soak up the afternoon sun and sunset. Rooms are all upstairs and are beautifully decorated with quality linen and generous continental breakfast provisions (including a gluten-free muesli). Restaurant was also great with extensive lunch and dinner choices. My room was directly above the restaurant area but was extremely quiet. Ulmarra is a gorgeous, historic little town full of craft and bric-a-brac stores plus artists galleries. My fav part was the huge wrap-around balcony, perfect for an afternoon tea (or wine) and a good book. "
