"The photos of this property do not match. On arrival the building had broken glass taped up, no direction where to find a key, no support with trying to contact for help. Car park had people being erratic. Room itself smelt of smokers. The bed was ruffled. The bottom sheet not ironed. Paint was coming off the walls in the rooms. After finally contacting the owner who assured us of a refund - all has gone quiet. Even several emails to the wotif.com site. Extremely disappointed and we...
