1. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in many a hotel around the world I have been to. They refused a simple request to prepare a simple salad with ham, cheese and bread which I could give to my friend when she arrived later that evening (note - they have their own restaurant in the hotel so this was such a simple request, it’s unbelievable they refused)
I was shocked and in disbelief the manager decided to call the police because I wanted to leave I was so disgusted and was willing to pay for the nights I had stayed but was not prepared to pay for the night I wanted to leave.
2. The manager is an ignorant person with zero customer service skills, and quite simply acted like a child in calling the police (all this with a smirk on his face)
Only after I made him apologise to me for the poor disgusting service and for calling the police for a minor dispute, then I settled the bill in full (even though I would not be staying there)
3. The room are so outdated and old. Much better places to stay in Grado.
I will never go back and never recommend this hotel.
It’s quite disgusting how they acted.

Ottimo hotel per posizione, camera, pulizia, sale comuni e livello del servizio. L’eccellenza è rappresentata dal bar al piano terra, arredato in modo veramente elegante, con bartender bravissimi, è un luogo dove ci si può rilassare.

Camera poco luminosa con luci artificiali (no led)
Arredamento superato
Serve una maggiore attenzione alla riduzione del consumo di energia (ascensori: ne chiami uno ma ne arrivano sempre due)
Parcheggio esageratamente costoso!
Et fantastisk flott hotell , kjempebra frokost og et fantastisk personale. Hotellet ligger fantastisk bra til, 50-100 meter fra stranden og et minutts gange til shopping,spisesteder og dagligvare. Flotte strand prominader å gå tur etter.

Ich habe im Jaenner eine Juniorsuite gebucht da ich Meerblick wollte
Als ich ankam bekam ich eine Juniorsuite mit Blick auf den Hinterhof
Als ich versuchte das Zimmer zu tauschen hat man mir erklärt die Zimmer gebucht über Expedia haben keinen Meerblick und ich kann nicht täuschen
Mein Zimmer war laut -Muellabfuhr um 2Uhr nachts
Es kann nicht sein dass ein so lange vorreserviertes Zimmer keinen Meerblick hat
Werde nicht mehr mit Expedia buchen
