Located in Gracetown, it is so close to all the beautiful wineries and breweries. FortyTwo Mini is the perfect home away from home to come back to after a long lunch or a stunning cape to cape walk. Margaret River is a 20 minute drive away.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

Firewood: Firewood is provided for one night, to get you started. We kindly ask our guest to purchase additional wood for longer stays.
