"Clean room and cozy bed.."

"The lamp was damaged upon arrival so I took a picture of it. There was a lingering smell of mildew which they had a huge standing fan to dry up I am guessing a water break somewhere I had a family of 5 with only 1 towel in the room we had to request more then they only gave me two towels and told me to come back to the front desk to ask for more at a later time the beds had stains on the sheets and the curtains were stained as well the fridge was completely dirty I didn't use it at all the location was perfect close to many stores and restaurants and the pool was ok more then likely will never stay there again but it served it's purpose for the weekend"

"Stayed for one night after a Kings Island trip with family and the room was really nice. Will definitely stay again"

"Had to move rooms three times in the first day because of broken things in the room windows that wouldn’t close bugs flying in the window leaking sinks. The pool was green. The staff was absent from the desk, most of the time and completely clueless.. the shampoo, body wash conditioner in the bathroom and all three rooms was empty even asking repeatedly to have it filled never got done. They give you one towel per person and do not do any housekeeping during your visit. States it’s a smoke-free facility however they let guests and staff smoke right outside the main entry door so that that’s what you smell when you first walk in and you first walk out this hotel is disgusting. Do not stay here."

"Very clean and convenient. Chick-fil-A next door. We have had bad experiences with the best western brand in the past, but this redeemed them for us."

"Room was decent for the price! Quiet and clean. The room didn’t have a blow dryer, which I found odd. Maybe I needed to ask for one at the front desk? But luckily, I brought one with me. Shower was a bit small but it worked. Towels were on the thin side too but for a room under $100/night I guess that’s the norm. I’d definitely stay here again! In my eyes, it was an above average room for the price."

"We have stayed in the Hotel numerous times over a number of years. They are in a remodel mode. However the quality of the work is suspect. Foul smelling odor (sewage smell) in our room at various times. A new refrigerator that the handle to open door is mounted on the wrong side. TV that doesn’t even have ABC or CBS and a wonky remote control. Dishwasher that doesn’t work! No outlets near bedside tables to plug in cellphones to recharge which they had previously. They previous had iconic photos of the Cincinnati on the walls in their hotel. Now it looks like they bought their wall art at Hobby Lobby! Checking out this morning with the GM. She didn’t even ask how was your stay? Someone from Hilton Mgt needs to come in and light a fire under this remodel and current management. As we said we have stayed at this Homewood Suites over a dozen times over the years and the over quality has greatly declined!"
