We stayed here while visiting Kings Island. The property was run down, but you could see the staff was actively working on it. We enjoyed having the additional bedroom for our son and the living room and kitchen area instead of just one room with two beds and a desk. It is close enough to Kings Island that I was able to come back midday and rest then go back to KI. The breakfast was available but with limited options. There were people hanging around outside that looked like they lived there, but no one bothered us or our vehicle. The staff was very nice and helpful, but they seemed a little overwhelmed by the workload. All in all, it was a great value for what we got and our son kept saying what a nice place it was.

No coffee or juice on breakfast bar. Pool was closed. Refrigerator leaked. Small bedroom comforter had cig burn on it. Small bedroom a/c had panel falling off. No coffee in room. Coffee pot was very dirty even had an used filter with coffee in it. Could not connect to wifi with password given. Very unhappy customer.

Do Not Stay! Don’t even risk it! No working pool, empty & under construction as was the whole property. Good luck getting through the hallways. Rooms were gritty dirty, icky foot prints in tub, leaky faucets spray all over countertop & what looked like mold in a lot of places! Floor was so bad we kept our shoes on. Furniture & appliances are dirty & broken, coffee pot was a he** no! Breakfast was to scary to eat & they couldn’t even provide coffee cups for coffee they made. Pulled an extra pillow from the closet & it stunk like men’s cologne so bad it couldn’t be used. SO much wrong with this place nothing but a complete demo will help. John at the front desk was great but the manager on site was not. He lied about being on site when Expedia called to talk with him, he was standing in front of us!

Room was filthy. Everything was stained. Men were blocking entrance to building, smoking cigarettes. Turns out on the men was the manager. I felt very unsafe. No access to the air conditioner, it locked on 75 degrees. I didnt even put my bags down. We were so uncomfortable we left.

The property is old, is very thirty, smells Mattresses with stains, the mattresses for the sofa-bed are old, almost gargage, you can feel the tubular structure in your body Tne staff didn’t not provide any sheets, towels, soap or shampoo until midnight I honestly expect to get at least 50% refund DO NOT STAY THERE, PAY MORE IN ANOTHER PLACE, BUT DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

Don't stay my one and only trip all year was ruined by a swimming pool that's closed majority of time also had citation from health department for no chlorine were in a middle of a heat wave and holiday weekend we wanted to swimwe did for 25 minutes on 1day rest was closed checkin was horrible took 45 minutes saw a cockroach on dresser last day had no hot water no supplies no housekeeping no blankets or towels they kept my deposit for missing towels and smelling cigarettes it smelled like that when we arrived like cigarettes and weed manager however is outside constantly smoking very unprofessional and don't waste money or trip like memissing towels and smelling of smoke the whole place inside and out smells of smoke and weed my family vacation was ruined can't put a price on that I'll never use Wyndham again

This place was a dump. Everything is old and dirty. Two nights stay and did not see any maids throughout the hotel. The cleaning carts remain at the same place from the first night to until we left on the third day. Our room was never clean daily. Never again at any place of this establishment.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have never seen a hotel in such poor condition. The AC controllers were either missing or hanging off the walls and not functional, the curtains over the AC had a few inches of black mold/mildew, the floors had paint splatters, the rooms smelled bad. The beds were not completely made. The couch cushions were on the floor. We were shown three different rooms and all of them were in terrible condition. The floors in the hallways look like they haven't been vacuumed in ages. The area itself felt very unsafe. We arrived at 1am and there was a large group of men wandering around. I don't know how this place is passing inspections and is still in business.

I booked this hotel because the room had a kitchen, there where nothing to cook with dishes that were there were dirty, so we ended up having to eat out when I had budgeted for grocery shopping and cooking meals at the hotel , the first morning there was no breakfast and the other two mornings the breakfast was nothing to write home about some scrambled eggs sausage and OJ coffee but no flavored creamer no fruits or cereals no yogurt no other options like other hotels and then the biggest thing that almost ruined the whole trip was that I booked because the hotel was suppose to have a pool but it was out of order the whole time and the owner lied upon check in promising it would be open the next day

Very disappointed with this property. It was run-down, dirty, and in serious need of updates. The room was unclean and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests checked out—the dishwasher still contained dirty dishes when we arrived. The hallways were also poorly maintained, with housekeeping carts left sitting in the same place throughout our entire two-night stay. Overall, the property felt neglected and lacked basic cleanliness standards. I would not recommend staying here. Consider yourself warned.

As soon as I drove into the parking lot I knew I made a mistake, dumpsters overflowing, a foot of green, stagnant water in the closed pool and duct tape across the fridge in the “lobby.” To say the room was dated would be extremely kind. On my second night, my key wouldn’t work but luckily I caught the front desk person in the parking lot leaving for the night. I guess if I hadn’t caught him I would’ve had to sleep in the lobby?! When I checked out and asked for a receipt I was told their system was down but my $100 deposit would be returned the next day. Three days later I called back and was told it would be returned, it wasn’t. This week I called again and was told it would be taken care of - NOPE!
