Lovely view on the balcony. Comfortable bed. Pool was nice and comfortably heated. Great food/bar available at the restaurant and friendly staff. Shared laundry area was a little messy (but still a great amenity to have).

Novotel Christchurch Airport
Very efficient hotel needs more personal touch. With an early morning flight it would’ve been nice to get a cup of coffee before the 6 AM opening of the restaurant. Suggestion would be to have a serving station of just coffee for the clients.
