It was lovely stay, except the cleaning lady thought my desert I bought from Ritz was a rubbish because I left it on the floor she threw everything out.... (which worth 100euros) I still do feel upset about it when I think about that. other than that it was fine. If you are thinking to do horse riding, its 3hours so do the check out early and go! I thought it was only an hour because it was not listed, so I took 10am class and ended at 1pm and I was charged for late check out. I didnt mention any of this to directly to the staffs since it was holidays, but throwing my food out was something ive never experienced my entire hotel life.

A beautiful place to stay. The room was clean and spacious. Dining room wasn’t open through the week so we ate in the bar and the food was so delicious. Breakfast was wonderful as well with many choices.

The washroom and the toilet fittings are too old, extractors are not working, temperature control at bath & shower tabs are not good. Overall the facility is not up to the 4 Star rating. We’ve informed the issue to the reception and no action were taken. Bit disappointed.

Wonderful hotel
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We had a family suite which was actually two seperate rooms that had a door that closed them off from the hallway. It was nice to have the extra room while traveling with our children. We decided to stay here and enjoy the french countryside before returning back to the United States. It was an easy drive to Charles de Galle airport the next day. I highly recommend staying in this gorgeous and relaxing hidden gem.

I like the place it self and the Chateau and the assistant name Emma was really great she understand our problem in having such a small room with no AC and upgrade us to a bigger room but the rooms all with no AC that was disappointing for us plus the guy that we met the first on the reception his name was Yanick he was so arrogant with us not professional and not helpful But Emma with the Director of the establishment helped us and all the other people working there except Yanick were really nice..

Confortable, that's all. Service is scarce.
Great hotel but we had to carry our luggage in and aout of the room, no cart, caddy, valet available and one flight of stairs to manage ! At the same time, for a one night saty, we had to dine out as the kitchen was closed on that day ! We were advised a few restaurants and dined out at Le Verbois wich was simply astonishing. As for brakfast, we did not have a table ready when we came in ! Too many mishaps for such a renowned hotel. My impression is that it is much too expensive for a room on ground floor with no view and a very basic breakfast. Will not return nor recommend

Nice Chateau and location, poor service and value
From the outside and initial impressions the Chateau is an impressive Hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size(although be aware most are in buildings to the back / separate from the Chateau). However the service is poor, and food, drinks and breakfast overpriced / average quality. When we arrived we were told we couldn't book a diner table as was busy, when pushing back on this (as the hotel is miles from anywhere for food) we were given two times to dine. When we actually ate there were only two other tables dining (from +50)..

Terrible Château!
Expected more from this hotel as the night time picture made it look wonderful, however in the daylight it leaves a lot to be desired! We found the staff inattentive, prices for food and drink was ridiculously expensive, the restaurant meal was terrible! The room was very average also. On the whole a very disappointing choice of accomodation I certainly would not rate this four stars and would not recommend! This for us was an epic fail.

When you look to book you see the front which is a beautiful Chateau, what it doesn't show is you'll more than likely be staying in the building attached to the Chateau. The rooms were average but you become to expect a lot more after seeing the grandeur of the entrance to the hotel. Also the drinks at the bar are super expensive!

Very disappointed with hotel, rooms are not in good condition and in overall hotel just not up to standard. There is a karaoke night every Wednesday, the whole hotel was blazing with very loud music till after 1 in the morning, had very little sleep. Night staff was not at all pleasant when complained about the unbearable noise. Breakfast very good. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful Chateau hotel in a secluded spot
We had a fantastic family holiday in a beautiful country house Chateau. We all loved the property and the area. Staff were very nice.

NEVER AGAIN.....
Once but never again. The room was falling apart. The towels where dirty from the customer before and the curtain hanger falling down. In general dirty.. Breakfast not good as only industrial products as scramble eggs are made of power and water. Pool, very dirty and not followed op as many people are swimming. A lot of long hair swimming around.. iiuuuwwww... I travel every week and live in hotels every week, but this was the worst I have ever tried, TERRIBLE... Especially when you go for a romance weekend... NEVER AGAIN... Not to recommend... And the personnel does not care at all.

A fine stay just outside of Chantilly
The staff speak English very well. All staff members are polite and attentive. I should have written down the names of the multiple standouts on staff that you can easily tell really love their job. I was remiss in not identifying them to management. The buildings and grounds are incredible. I traveled for buisiness and this is more of a vacation property than a business/work location. I did not find HDMI ports on the TV. I did not take advantage of the sauna. Confirm the amenities you will use before you go. The building is old and the rooms are up to date, well lit. This property is not inexpensive.

A delightful stay
We were looked after from start to finish, and when my daughter had to leave the restaurant to be on a long distance call, they kindly plated her dinner and delivered it to her room on a tray...fantastic! The beds were huge and so comfortable and we had a proper adjoining room. The swimming pool was a lovely temperature and it was great to have actual courtesy towelling robes to wear to the pool. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting both the Chateau and the Ecuries. We couldn't have asked for more. My wife and I had the special taster menu on our second night, seven courses, it was the best meal out that we had eaten in a number of years (not through want of trying), and was excellent value for money.

Get away to the Countryside
Beautiful old Chateau with recent renovations. Amazing view from the room. Spectacular if you love the countryside. Breakfast was OK, but probably not worth the cost. Very close to Chantilly where I had dinner and Aprenon with the Polo club. There were wedding parties on the weekend which made for a loud evening until after 1am on Friday and Saturday nights. Only 20km from CDG airport, but can take up to an hour due to small roads through small towns. Expect to pay a lot for a taxi! Best to rent a car as this place is truly isolated.
