Aunt Alice would be proud of this beautiful holiday villa! Because Aunt Alice's Breton cottage has been extensively converted into a splendid, comfortable holiday villa with a beautiful sea view.
Nevertheless, we wanted to create a little Breton feeling in the furnishings. Everything has been furnished with exceptional comfort in mind.
After you have arrived and parked your car in front of the house in the private car park. Enter into a beautiful entrance area with a large cloakroom - through the glass front you can see your Jacuzzi and steam bath in the SPA area flashing. Continue either by stairs; or comfortably - by lift; to the living area on the first floor. The sea view from here is simply marvellous - no matter where you are in the living room / or the kitchen - the sea is at your feet! Incidentally, the most beautiful fine sandy beach (and the dunes of Keremma) is not far from the house. The living area is very open and spacious - a large well-equipped kitchen (of course, as already mentioned, with the great sea view) - is connected to the dining area / dining table for 6 people and the living room area with sofas. And opposite the sea view is a large garden (fully fenced) - and if you open the large sliding glass doors you are in front of your sun loungers, the garden furniture (incl. garden table) and your "Weber" barbecue. Facing the sea again, there is also a small sea view bar in the kitchen next to the dining table with its own sea view terrace access. The large master bedroom with its own garden access and en-suite bathroom (shower) is also located on this floor. Each bedroom has a small office corner (or practical as a make-up corner) its own TV - with international satellite programmes - the wardrobe should not be missing, this master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and private toilet. On the first floor there is also a spacious guest WC (wheelchair accessible).
The lift then takes you to the second floor - again with a wonderful view of the sea - a small seating area allows you to read a book in peace and quiet away from the living room below. The two bedrooms on the second floor are also spacious with a TV cabinet and a small office area. The WC is separate here and so is the bathroom - there is even a nice bathtub to relax in - the shower is integrated there - there is a glazed shower. If you love a great view on holiday and also want a little luxury and lots of space, Villa Tante Alice is the right place for you - you rarely have almost 180 square metres of holiday home available for six holiday guests - you will love the villa - that's a promise!

A great, comfortable holiday home with lots of space for just a few overnight guests - that's luxury - and a holiday home with a lift; that's also rare to find - really great for older holiday guests too. Then there's the fantastic sea view and the fine sandy beach right outside the door. It should also be noted that pets are allowed at such a standard - this is also a plus and not a matter of course everywhere. Then a beautiful, fully enclosed garden facing south - with lovely garden furniture, sun loungers and Weber barbecue. Each room also has its own satellite TV and a small office or make-up area in each room. Last but not least, there is a steam bath and a Jacuzzi - as well as a small bar in the kitchen for a quick coffee and a glass of champagne with an aperitif - with a full sea view .... one of the most beautiful houses in our agency!
You've come to the right place at Villa Tante Alice - if you appreciate a little comfort on holiday, a little space around you - because that's how the house is built. And... You would like to be near the sea - and of course you don't want to miss out on the beautiful view - the view of the sea is marvellous and wonderful. The villa is also quiet and not too far from the fine sandy beach. If you would like to take your four-legged friend with you on holiday - you're very welcome! Unfortunately, many homeowners with beautiful, comfortable houses do not accept pets - at Villa Tante Alice it's different - dogs are always very welcome here - the upper garden is also enclosed by a fence. The house is perfect for a family holiday even if you are not able to walk - from the car park to the house entrance everything is at ground level and now you have the choice of stairs or lift - this is also really convenient. The region in which the really beautiful holiday home is located is famous for its long, fine sandy beaches just a stone's throw from you - in front of you are kilometres of dune landscapes and the associated fine sandy beach - and you will be surprised how little touristy our beautiful region is - even in midsummer nothing is crowded here - I always say our corner is and remains an insider tip and here the world is still in order - mild temperatures in summer, clean clear often turquoise shimmering sea, fresh air - wonderfully clear sky..... A region to fall in love with if you really want to "come down".
