Because of unpredictable incident we arrived at midnight in cold and wet weather. Staff left the heating on for us in the room so we felt so touched to arrived in warm and dry room. That was very thoughtful. My daughter left her pillow in the room and the staff brought it out for us. It was a pleasant stay thank you for your help and understanding. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We arrived late and they had a late check in service which they explained their late check in procedure and it was handled well and easy to follow. The fact that it was a cold rainy night and when we opened the door to our room to find the heater was already on and the room nice and warm was a really nice touch. This fact alone made me and my family not only grateful they went that extra mile to make the room comfortable and welcoming, but it showed they care and I will not hesitate to book accommodation at this establishment for any future trips. 10/10

Friendly and welcoming

The owner was very welcoming and friendly. My room was nice a warm upon entering as it was a bit chilly outside. The bakery next door is divine and convenient.

Convenient location

There were only a few minor issues - a stained bath towel (1 of 3) and two lights not working but the unit was spacious, clean and well-appointed with sufficient crockery and cutlery. Its location beside the bakery was ideal for an early morning coffee. Also, it was very handy to the Hume Highway. Good value for the one night.

Great Goulburn Stopover

Easy check in after hours with the nice warm A/C on for us when we arrived in freezing conditions. Beds are warm and comfortable. The Bakehouse next door is great for breaky and a treat.

Convenient and simple for a short stay

Late arrival. Easy access to key. Mattress well used so not great. Enquired about using Stay NSW accommodation voucher but not sadly accepted. Fairly pricey for what it is. Convenient and clean enough for 9hours.

Perfect spot for an overnight stay. Has a fantastic bakery at the entrance that is more like a cafe than a bakery. All of the big takeaways are within a 2 minute walk and also 2 petrol stations.
