The breakfast was amazing. The main disappointment was returning to my room at 20:00 after a long day to discover that the housekeeping requested at check-in was not completed. I ended up having to get more towels at the front desk and forgo the cleaning.

This hotel's amenities is very poor. There is no mini bar in the rooms. No save box, no cupboard and no slippers in the rooms. Cleanness of the room was poor and dust was over the edges. The size of the rooms are very small. We had a family room for four people but the size of the room was suitable for two person at the most. The cabin shower leaked water to the bathroom and there was no shampoo or body gel in the bath. The only positive point with this hotel is its breakfast. The hotel was fully booked and there is four lifts to going up and down 21 floor. So you have to wait 3 to 5 minutes for the lifts. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really good value for the price
Very nice and clean room, no mini bar or extras, but a nice bar downstairs. Great breakfast with all you could ask for. We'll be back.

Poor cleanliness at an otherwise nice hotel
The Weaver is a new, well designed and nice hotel. However the staff needs to shape up itself in terms of especially cleanliness. Upon arrival we experienced the three (!) first toilets in the lobby being empty of toilet paper. The corridor on our floor was dirty upon arrival with even some plastic packaging laying around. The same garbage was still laying there two days later when we left the hotel. Our room had plenty of dust, and when looking under our kids' bed the second day of our stay we found it very very dirty. The room was not cleaned during our stay, a fact that we were not informed about in advance. To summarize our stay, we were not very satisfied. The Weaver needs to improve a lot in terms of cleanliness and service in order for us to stay there again.

It was ok but disappointing because we could not get the reception on phone. Noone was answering the calls. I went to the reception for an extra bed guide for my baby of 3yrs old, (although my other child used the one bed guide provided in the room), the receptionist was really rude and still no extra bed guide was provided until my baby fell from the lower bed. I was really angry and went to the reception at the middle of the night. I met another receptionist who told me to please bear with them that they do not have any extra. Next day, a solution was provided by bringing in extra bed to be placed on the floor for my baby's safety. Though the hotel is new and well cleaned. My children enjoyed the play activity area provided and the food was good. I will still recommend this place to people but the receptionists need more training in customer service relationship.

Very nice staff, comfortable bed, quiet room. No signage for the hotel, no signage about the parking situation, no tea and coffee in the room, no WiFi, lights in the room didn't work, covid chaos buffet breakfast. Adequate but disappointing, would not stay again, would not recommend.

+ Riktigt bra frukost. + Bra parkering + Trevlig personal - Att måsta boka städning av rummet dagen innan. - Ingen minibar på rummet. - Iskallt på rummet vid ankomst. - Vid städning så renbäddades bara 2 av 3 sängar, badrummet städades inte alls och det fylldes inte på Schampo i den tomma dispensern, använda kaffekoppar byttes inte ut. - Restaurangen stängde för tidigt.
