2/10 Terrible
"It was nasty smelled like urine only had 2 air conditioners out of 5 bedrooms. Water leaking under the kitchen sink we had to put a pot plus my husband tried to fix it. Bathroom room was not clean plus water leaking threw the ceiling from the bathroom into the kitchen while I was cooking for my family "
"Cute functional roomey residence with vacation home style amenities making for pleasant comfortable stay away from home . The host team was totally accommodating in response to our requests and needs and handled things expeditiously. The location area was convenient and comforting , quiet tree lined streets and walkways , as well as short easy access to thoroughfares and expressways with necessary shopping and community culture …the residential stay made the reasons and circumstances of our trip to Detroit city cool and relax full and pleasant … thoroughly appreciative of the team attentiveness and management…"
Modern 3-bedroom house with WiFi and AC in North Rosedale Park
10/10 Excellent
"Easy to communicate with, understanding host , the place was great and a lot nearby to do and places to eat they have papers with directions and all."
"One of the queen beds had a broken leg under the slats allowing your head to be lower than the rest of the body. It appears it was attempted a repair with another leg off of a different piece of furniture as it was not the same color as the rest of the bed. The living room chairs were very uncomfortable. The front steps into the house vere very steep and slanted downward. They should have a railing for people that cannot use these types of steps. My fiance and I are seniors and have trouble navigating steps without railings. Overall, for the price the property, it was a good fit for us. The kitchen was very clean and the appliances worked well. "
