"Staff at check-in was very helpful; staff at restaurant was great; housekeeping staff was fantastic. The furniture in the lobby was filthy-I was surprised because I've stayed here for years when I traveled to this area. The beds were comfy. Parking garage was nice. I wish they had a microwave in the rooms like some of their competitors. Overall, pretty decent experience. "

"This home is very much a sanctuary, as the listing states. And it’s charming and warm and inviting. Very comfortable bed. Deer and wild turkeys and other wildlife in plain view from the picture window. Check-in was very welcoming: an unlocked front door and a handwritten note. This was an idyllic place to spend a few days in and near Detroit. Loved it! I can’t imagine anywhere else I’d rather have stayed."

"The house was overall amazing for what I used it for. The area in the basement was perfect for me to host a game night with the bar area, pool table, tv, and multiple seating. And the amount of beds was definitely a plus. "
