"The property was beautiful. Careful attention to detail and comfort. Large porch we spent our early mornings watching the sunrise. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with any needed supply. We have stayed at other properties at Beaver and this was a great price and great property. Not too steep to easily get to the lake which is an issue for many properties in the area. Would definitely stay here or one of the other properties managed by Jen and Drew as they were amazing to work with! Even rented their pontoon for the day and was a great experience as well"

"Great property that had all of the things you need to have a great vacation. The bay is really nice and very accessible. Nothing but great things to say. Family of 5 with kids 15, 13, and 11, they all had a blast. Great hiking and great parks within 30 min. You are a bit secluded, which is exactly what we wanted. About 30 min to most things."

"This is such a beautiful spot!!!! We are two families that travel together a lot and this was one of the best stays we’ve ever had predominantly because of the wonderful lodging. We pulled through the tree-lined lane and were instantly impressed with the log cabin. The interior is tastefully done with a modern, rustic and welcoming feeling. The hosts have everything well stocked including basic household needs such as flour, oil, etc. Additionally, they provide plenty of extra toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap and such. We spent most of our time out on the beautiful deck and pool. I walked our dog every morning and evening and it was so beautiful . You feel as though the world is a far away place, but it’s only 10-15 minutes to groceries, liquor store, gas, mall, or other fun. We are huge outdoor people and Eureka Springs, state parks and other adventures are all within a 30 min. Love this spot. It’s a treasure."

"The cabin was absolutely perfect for our family! We were able to all meet up from Georgia, TN and TX and spend wonderful time together with our kids and grandsons. Enjoyed the lake every day fishing and swimming and was able to unplug and spend memorable time outdoors. Absolutely loved every moment and everything about the cabin was exactly what we needed!"
