"This is more like a motel that is clean, good condition and used mostly by tourists to Acadia. It has a nice small pool (area) which is nice to relax. They don’t have breakfast but offer morning drinks, cereals and muffins. It is a bit far from Bar Harbor with no transportation to town. (Bus to town would be nice since there is no free parking in Bar harbor. It is a short drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. "

"Location of the motel was great for being able to walk to restaurants, tourist shopping and the boat dock for day cruises without the difficulty of parking and the high cost of parking fees. Although there was no breakfast offered at the motel, there were plenty of breakfast diners within walking distance. The motel suited our needs for a 2-night stay. The use of disposable plates, cups, cutlery etc gives the feeling of camping rather than a hotel stay however this appears to be common practice in the US unfortunately."
