"Huge room with beautiful, full kitchen, comfortable bed, lots of storage for clothing and luggage. The bathroom was large with a double vanity and separate tub and shower. Our room was in a great location right along the Ljubljanica river but it was also next to a very busy road. It wasn’t too noisy with the windows closed but when they were open it was extremely loud and impossible to ignore. "Alpine House is a beautiful spot to stay. The house has everything you might need and is a great size for groups of 4-6 people. The host, Marija, is very friendly and recommended many places to eat and different activities to do in Bled, and the surrounding towns. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a good out of the way spot from the busy crowds that are in Bled. It is clean, spacious and a good price for the amount of space you have. It is a do it yourself option as there is no service, but with a fully stocked kitchen and 2 full sized bedrooms, it’s nice to have the privacy."

"Very close to the Dragon Bridge (a couple minutes walk)/the old city center. About 15-20 minutes walk from the main bus station. Very quiet. The room was spacious, simple, and clean. We did the shared bathroom option and it worked very well - never had to wait for the showers or bathroom and they were well-stocked and spotless. "

"Wonderful location & a new building. Breakfast buffet was well worth the extra charge. They have an outside patio to enjoy your breakfast or tapas. The tapas lounge offered just the right amount of good quality food. All staff— front desk & housekeeping were very friendly & helpful. "We enjoyed our stay with Intercontinental. The staff was great . The location is fantastic as it is near the bus station , walkable going to city centre which we love . Rooms are clean and the amazing . The highlight was the breakfast that they prepare for us when we had to check out early was something we won’t forget - intercontinental went far and beyond than we expect even the smallest detail of providing us water was exceptional and thought for . Well Done to the team. We would go back to IHG Slovenia for sure."

"Great stay with wonderful staff & fantastic breakfast. Valet parking was a absolute dream (thank you!). Rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean. Communal areas (corridors) were a bit unusual with doors that opened outwards and some decoration required but very small point. We had a very beautiful stay and look forward to returning. "
