If the very small parking lot within the grounds of the hotel is full, you have to essentially go on a wild goose chase around in circles literally find their overflow parking. One was that the refrigerator didn’t work, and when I reported it to the front desk clerk, she simply replied “they don’t”. Why have refrigerators that don’t work. Also the lighting is not very good. I felt like I was trying to put on makeup in the dark. Downtown is not really within walking distance either. "

"I stay in Aberdee regularly but had never tried the Leonardo before but will certainly be back. Staff were lively, particularly the receptionists. I was upgraded to a superior room which came with late chrckout at 2pm. The room was spacious, modern and clean and had everything i needed for my stay. Location is excellent too, in Union Square shopping centre right by the train and bus stations."
