Loved the Indian restaurant within the pub, food was so flavourful best curry I’ve tasted, the rooms are in a separate building just off the back, so don’t worry about your room being tainted by curry odours. Pub does food as well which looked good, would definitely recommend

It was very relaxing and convenient for attractions close by. Rooms are very clean and tidy as you would expect. Convenient parking on site. All in all a great place to stay.

A comfortable place with wonderful staff and food

Had a warm and friendly welcome, the food is amazing with the added bonus of having the choice of eating in the bar or upstairs in the indian restaurant. Both are wonderful. Lovely comfortable size bedfoom and bathroom, the walls are a little thin but thankfully the adjacent guests were courteous and respectful of others.

Rooms in annexe adjacent to pub which was good with adequate parking and lots of lical eaters and pubs around. Garge across road was handy also. Rooms are basic but very comfortable all you need. Did not eat at pub so cannot comment on food but .did have drink there. Brewers up road aldo serve food. Nice sray.

Nice pub, dusty room, noisy neighbours/locals.

Room was extremely dusty. It appeared it had been cleaned a long time ago and then not used for quite a while. Other guests and people on the street were very noisy throughout the night.

The rooms were good but in some instances could do with a refresh. They contained everything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a generator or kitchen extractor close to the rooms which was making a constant noise all night. There was an excellent Indian Restaurant upstairs in the pub but the acoustics were very poor and on Friday night one table of sixteen was making a terrible noise so be warned.

We liked the food a the pub it was excellent we didn't like the people standing in the car park chatting under our window. Or sometimes the other guests where a bit noisy early in the morning

Disappointing. Room was standard. Shower head was disgusting although when we told the staff it was cleaned immediately unfortunately I didn’t notice until I was ready to get in it then had to get dressed again and wait for it to be cleaned. TV was tiny. Lamp didn’t work. Location was good for a night out for drinks in snaith

Really friendly staff, who were only too willing to go that or do extra to make our stop soooo good. Excellent food and drink on site, cannot say how pleasantly surprised and impressed we both were.

The communal area was very dirty and the room was not much better either. It smelt very musty as did the bedding and towels. Although the building looks to have been built in the last 20 years, there is very little sound deadening and you can hear literally everything in the adjoining rooms (not great if you get a snorer as a neighbour!) The only positives I could find was the Indian restaurant above the pub which was amazing, and the village itself seemed nice!
