"Overall, the staff is excellent. Unfortunately, when we arrived the A/C in the dining room area had been out for days and finally was repaired after being there 4 days. Our room A/C worked great. Except for that, the rating was 4.5 stars. "

Furniture is a bit rough, but newer beds and bedding and very clean, good room service. Could be a little more generous on the towels and cloths provided. Only one per person of each, though additional provided when asked.

WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. "

"Our room was beautiful! It faced the bay but we saw dolphins from our room. It was clean and very well taken care of. 2 minor things that we were completely happy with was the ceiling fans in both bedrooms made a noise. It sounded like they needed greased. And the smaller bedroom's bed had a loose slat under the bed that popped in the middle of the night twice. Other than that, the tub and shower in the main bedroom were wonderful, the living room was comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing!...
