Perfect for two people, the studio combines functionality and elegance in a welcoming environment. It features a comfortable double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker—ideal for both short and long stays.



To make the experience even more comfortable, we offer tea, coffee, sugar, towels, and bed linen included, as well as free Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning.

Important information:



- The property has a zero-tolerance policy for smokers. In case of non-compliance, a minimum fee of €200 may be applied.



- For stays longer than 30 nights, a responsible consumption policy applies up to a limit of €80.



- A welcome kit with essential products for the first day of your stay is provided.



- Additional services such as extra cleaning, extra bedding or extra keys can be requested subject to availability and additional cost.



- Checkout must be done by 11:00 AM. Late checkouts without prior authorization may incur additional costs.



- All guests must complete the mandatory registration form required by Portuguese law.
