"We absolves this hotel! Excellence in just about everything. Great breakfast buffet, great service, ALL STAFF very, very hospitable, unbeatable location!! At our arrival we went to have dinner at the restaurant. While my husband went to use the restroom I let the waiter know it was our wedding anniversary and I asked if we ordered dessert they would be willing to plate it in a special way. He said yes, but when dessert came they outdid themselves! It was a dessert for two or delicious tiramisu with little lit candles and two glasses of champagne!! And all of that compliments of the restaurant for being our anniversary!! We will definitely come back and recommend this beautiful hotel."

"We were here for business and had just stayed at this location a few weeks before. The first time the staff working was different and were friendly and helpful. We were also given an upgrade to a suite. We had our pup and the staff loved him. This time the guy that helped us was not as friendly and helpful mumbled rather than speaking clearly and looking at me when speaking. We were not offered anything although we are VIP Hotel.com users. I didn’t enjoy this stay as much as the the previous stay."
