"We absolutely loved this place. Beautiful design and everything done with care and love. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had in Portugal and we stayed in a lot of places. I would come back and stay here in a heartbeat."

"Very nicely designed, cozy hotel. Breakfast was simple but good.
The fridge in the room was broken, which was a bit annoying because some of our food got spoiled because of it."

"Staff was friendly and rooms were nice and big! My only two complaints is that the pullout couch was very noisy and when someone would move everyone heard because it was an open space. I also wasn’t thrilled to get charged to use pool and amenities in spa. As a hotel guest I feel like we should have been given a day pass at least once. "
"River view “apartment” with balcony was an excellent room. Clean, spacious (for european standards) and very comfortable. Hotel had fantastic views of the river and bridge, and extremely easy to get to the city even though it’s not placed in the city center. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating whenever needed be. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Will be back if I find myself in Porto again. "
"A lovely hotel, the room was perfect and clean. Breakfast was superb, a good selection with freshly baked pastries A great location too overlooking the river, and accessible to explore the city or get the tram outside to the beaches. Would recommend to anyone who likes understated chic hotels, without the bling. "
"Everything, everybody great at this new hotel (~1 year old)! Enjoyed our short stay....
Good quiet/safe location but still close (~5-10min walking distance) to river, brigde, restaurants, etc"
"Everything was absolutely lovely in this gorgeous hotel, the staff, the cleanliness, quality of the room ,breakfast and the Spa area were excellent. True five Star experience, we will be back for sure. "
