"Communication was a bit difficult as the staff’s English was limited, but despite the language barrier, they did their best to explain everything and were very kind.
Both breakfast and dinner were not excellent, but they were satisfactory.
The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated.

"Property is beautiful, artfully designed. Guest rooms could use a refurbishing but very clean and spacious with amazing views on both the front and back side of building.
The staff is wonderful! Lavish breakfast buffet with healthy options available.
You can walk to a lot of major attractions of both Buda and Pest."
"Location brilliant, staff very service minded and professional. Close to a lot of local sights and restaurants and bars. Convenient garage in hotel. I will be back"
"I really enjoyed my time at Ensana Grand, and hope I can come back someday! My one improvement would be a more flexible wellness package included in the price of the stay - I had pool and sauna access included in my reservation, but I am not a pool or sauna person! If I could somehow switch this out for a limited amount of treatments, like the basic facials or massages, that would've been a game-changer. "
"Front desk staff was friendly, had good suggestions, and amazing in every way! Hotel was very convenient, restaurants nearby. Definitely would stay again if I returned to Budapest."
"Lovely hotel on Margaret island.
Full buffet breakfast is amazing with the choice on offer.
Evening buffet again lots of choices and reasonable prices.
Would definitely stay again as easy access into city via bus/metro."
