Had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are a decent size and clean and the pool area is excellent. The staff are very helpful. All in all a pleasant stay I would stay there again.

Inside is quite lovely. Just a short walk to all public transportation. Our whole side of the hotel had no air conditioning and it was hot. It wasn’t until the last day that they gave us a fan. The restaurant dinners were excellent! You must have the goulash. The housekeeping was done every day and the staff were so helpful and polite.

The amenities at the hotel excellent, the pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gym, massage, food also excellent lots of choice. Attention to detail and customer service a little lacking - reception staff not very warm and welcoming, no info re times of breakfast etc, there wasn't any milk in the room for an evening drink and we were told by reception that housekeeping had finished for the day and I'd have to wait until tomorrow, this also happened a second night, so I went to the bar myself and ask for some milk in a jug, the lady was so helpful and lovely just a shame this couldn't have been sorted the first night, first impression and all that, also holiday advertised free bottle of wine on your stay, this never materalised, hotel was fine otherwise bed comfortable, a little out of town but bus stop and metro near by.

Nice hotel not in the very center of the city. Good hotel, quiet place, nice bed and bathroom. Restaurant is good. The staff is friendly - poured me coffee for free in the middle of the night. The hotel is not in a very center of the city - but it is not hard to travel to city center by train or by bus (bus stop is in 5 mins of walk). Very good option for modest price

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean spacious and had many amenities. The bed was comfortable and the noise ti a minimum even though our room was in front of the elevators. The pool area was nice with a two saunas (one for women one for men). The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I recommend it for a nice family time.
