"I experienced the ac to stop working in my room, also stayed there two nights asked for my room to be cleaned and they said they didn’t have housekeeping staff, when there was clearly housekeeping staff available. Bit disappointed with checking in process so many people all cued at front desk, took ages to check me in and located my luggage as they stated they have hundreds of luggage stored which is a bit silly in my opinion. Apart from that good location and good amenities overall a good hotel apart from the poor customer service explained above"

"Great location, but housekeeping and service need improvement. We chose this hotel for its excellent proximity to the tourist spots we were visiting, all easily accessible by walking or the metro. The surrounding area also offers plenty of great dining and drinking options. However, our overall experience was mixed. The front desk staff was not particularly welcoming during check-in.The accommodations definitely could have been cleaner. The bathroom required us to run the shower and wipe down surfaces ourselves before we felt comfortable using it. Parts of the room had dusty walls; given the hotel's black decor, dust shows up easily, and housekeeping should pay closer attention to this. We also tried the morning buffet once for convenience before an excursion, but the quality did not justify the price. Finally, while the booking does state a double bed or twin beds, ending up with two twin beds as a married couple really took the romance out of our getaway."

"O ponto mais forte de todos foi a equipe de funcionários do hotel realmente top! Todos os funcionários gentis, muito simpáticos e imensamente prestativos. O hotel como um todo tem quartos muito confortáveis e bonitos. Design perfeito. Localização excelente. O que eu acho que deveria melhorar um pouco seria a academia, que apesar de ter todos os equipamentos aeróbicos (bicicletas, esteiras e transport) na parte de musculação: tinha somente um aparelho de musculação multifuncional, senti falta de outros aparelhos de musculação para as pernas e também de caneleiras . Senti também um ligeiro cheiro de esgoto vindo do banheiro (lavabo) no quarto mas quando fechávamos a porta sumia, então sem problemas. No geral, a estadia foi excelente, recomendo com certeza!"
