"This used to be a Motel 6, but now it’s rebranded to be a Vagabond Inn. Same color scheme, just a different name. No frills, a room, a pretty decent pool, right next to the freeway. There are plenty of dining options within a 5 minute drive."

"We had a wonderful stay here. All of the staff was friendly. The location was absolute perfection, right in the heart of Solvang and an easy walk no matter where you wanted to go. My daughter really enjoyed the pool which was wonderfully maintained. Parking was easy. The rooms were very clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Solvang."

"Great little staycation with a family of 3 kids. Pool was great. The beach was a fun adventure but it took a minute to get all the tar off from the beach. The food at all the restaurants was excellent they have an amazing amount of options for the kids. Overall wonderful stay."
