Old room. Bed was like a hammock. Staff was wonderful! Food was really good and lots of options. Loved the pool area!

I loved the location of the hotel. I appreciated the star bucks being in the lobby for a quick morning coffee. I loved the staff getting you a taxi so quickly. What I didn’t love was my room. The tap was so lose it was gonna break off. Wallpaper peeling. Very dusty. Didn’t feel very clean at all. Chips in the furniture. But I stayed in the room as the location to elevator was great and I really liked my view. I also think I was charged too much at the pool with a day bed rental and didn’t like them taking my credit card. I feel like you should be able to charge things to your room. Miracle Mile was also fantastic.

Very nice rooms with amazing view Great staff

Great hotel. Two issues: the music at the pool was too loud and not good at all. Dining options are limited and not great. Hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. I’d stay again
