I’ve stayed here twice, and it’s decently clean but definitely could do better. But the location is convenient, and it’s at an affordable price range. You get everything you need like a full kitchen, and living space in addition to the bedroom and bathroom, but it’s not a place I’d recommend. It’s just suitable so I booked it again.

Property has been remodeled inside nicely. Everything worked well was modern, clean and quiet. Host was very good about responding to any requests right away. More electrical outlets would be a much needed improvement. Not up to modern needs. Also, bedroom window needs blackout curtains or blind to block afternoon sun and heat and lights from hospital buildings behind.

We were glad to have the place to stay while driving through mountains. The unit was very difficult to locate, no street lighting, no lighting outside property. We stopped to ask local for directions, they did not know. Gratefully host answered our call for help!! Space was ok. Heavy fragrance used in laundry of linens. Town is super cute though. We went to a local cafe for anbreakfast sandwiches on way out (Big Bend)

Perfect little suite with full amenities

Wonderful walking distance to so much of Golden, all your needs met in your suite with a fridge and stove etc, and Taj was very helpful when I messaged!

Very reasonable price. No ac but 2 fans were provided. Not an easy area to get too despite visual directions form the host. Some units are completed but there are others that are not. Parked right in front of our unit.

Pleasant stay to travel to National Parks

We stayed 5 nights, and used the home as our base to visit Revelstoke NP, Glacier NP, Yoho NP, and Banff NP. The home is clean and comfortable. Full size refrigerator and stove/oven helped allow us to cook in house. Full set of utensils and pots were good. Note there is no air conditioner. This should not be a problem as the evening are usually cooler, and one can open the windows. with mesh. Overall we enjoyed the place and served us well.
